The Artist's Studio has a lovely wide veranda the length of the front for shade, afternoon tea or evening drinks.
You enter into the open plan living space, which has full length windows to the front giving views over the garden and down to the parking area. The living area has the kitchen off to one side. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, extractor, washer/dryer and an under counter fridge with ice compartment. Toaster and kettle and plenty of crockery, cookware and cutlery and glasses complete the kitchen.
The living area has sofa and chairs and a glass dining table.
Plenty of roof lights make it a lovely bright, airy space. There is a wall mounted TV with Freesat.
The shower room is off the living area and has a large shower, Toilet and hand basin and electric towel rail.
The bedroom is at the opposite end to the kitchen and faces fields and woods. It has a French carved wood 5ft bed. A hairdryer is provided.
A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept under control at all times..
The driveway and parking area are gravel and there is parking for 2 cars with plenty of room to turn. A gravel path leads to the front of the property. There are 2 steps up onto the veranda.
To the rear is an enclosed garden laid to lawn with shrub borders. It is accessed from the side of the studio and has a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ.
There are 2 large storage sheds useful for bikes, pram etc.
Kelling village is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is ideally located between, Holt, Salthouse, Weybourne, Cromer and Sherringham. The village is on the Coasthopper bus route and also has a walk leading down to the beach and the coastal walk along the headland.
