The cottage comes with instant electric heating and wifi throughout. It sleeps 6 in three bedrooms over two floors. There is a child cot available (suitable for under 2's). Pets are welcome (well behaved ones) though more than one pet is at the owners discretion.
Changeover day is Friday and out of season or late availability short breaks are offered. We ask that guests depart by 10am on the last day of their holiday please.

Bedroom 3: Twin room with bunk beds, wardrobe and drawer space

Bedroom 1: King Size with en-suite and front and rear views, Smart TV, wardrobes, drawers, and dressing table
Bedroom 2: Double with wardrobe and drawer space
Bathroom: with L Shaped bath, over-bath shower, washbasin, and WC
Also Provided: Bedding, sheets and Towels, cot, high chair, books, games and radio.
Garden: There is a front garden area and an enclosed rear garden with a summerhouse and trampoline. There is a spacious patio area with a dining table and 6 chairs and a charcoal barbecue.
Parking: Parking on the roadside directly outside the house (not designated).
The village of Weybourne is just a short walk or drive away. It has a village shop/cafe, a pub with a beer garden and even its own beach! Five minutes further (by car) you reach the town of Sheringham with an abundance of amenities including a sandy beach, petrol stations, supermarkets, cash points, a swimming pool, and a high street full of shops, cafes, and restaurants.
