Very near to cliff tops and situated in a cul-de-sac only 5 minute walk from Old Hunstanton's village shop, pubs, restaurants and safe, sandy beaches. the Royal Estate of Sandringham and Holkham Hall are only 8 miles away, the historic port of Kings Lynn and its shopping centre is 15 miles and Hunstanton town centre plus holiday amenities is just over a mile. Only minutes by car to travel to many locations. There is a regular land train which stops at the lighthouse, travelling along the front of the town to stop for the town centre and then on to the far end and back again. Train station at Kings Lynn and regular coastal bus service from Kings Lynn to Cromer.
