Being on the coast at Hunstanton is a bonus if you are a family wishing to explore the area so early booking is recommended. This property had come to us after many properties are already fully booked for the school holidays and beyond, so we are pleased to have such a lovely house available for those who are booking later.
This unusual Victorian semi-detached town house has recently just finished many months of sympathetic renovation and now presents as a very modern property with all new décor throughout.and there is full gas radiator central heating with laminate flooring and tiles on the ground floor. It has contemporary furnishings and offers a splendid holiday home which we are sure will be very popular.
Sleeping 8 plus baby, and with three storeys, the accommodation comprises: Ground floor; entrance into hall with staircase; cloakroom with washbasin and WC; lounge leading to dining room and then through to modern kitchen having large 5 ring hob, integral double oven/grill. Shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Door through to rear lobby with door into small yard with outside tap and sink, perfect for rinsing off the dog or children after a visit to the beach. First floor; landing with three bedrooms; one with a double; the second is a family room with a double and from this room is a single room with cot leading with step down into bathroom having bath (shower over) WC and washbasin. Staircase from landing: Two further bedrooms, one with a single and the other with twins. A low ceiling attic room is tucked away with childrens toys and is an ideal escape for youngsters - adults will need to duck!

Parking is available for 2 medium cars in the drive Cars can park in front of the house, and guests can also sit out here although the area is small (See photo).
Although situated on the North outer edge of Hunstanton it is still near enough to walk into town, get to the beach and cliff tops or stroll along the main road to the quaint village of Old Hunstanton. There is a large recreational field approx. 300 yards away which has a childrens' playground, bowls and tennis courts.
