Apple Trees in Holt

Description

The comfortable and up to date accommodation at Apple Trees sleeps four very comfortably but up to six when using the sofa bed and comprises:

Large bright and airy lounge / diner, south facing with patio doors opening onto the garden, a sofa bed provides extra sleeping for two. The sitting room has a 43" 4K smart TV with Netflix. The large fully equipped kitchen also has a dining table and four chairs.

Double bedroom with a king size bed, adjoining en-suite shower room;

Spacious twin room adjacent to the family bathroom;

Facilities include : TVs with Freeview, CD Player, DVD, Gas Hob, Gas Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Central Heating, Wifi for Internet Access, High Chair, Travel Cot with Mattress (please bring your own linen for this).

Apple Trees has a glazed porch and wide hallways;

Linen provided, please bring your own towels.



Strictly No Smoking.

Pets by arrangement with owner.

Sleeping Arrangements

1 double room, 1 twin room + sofa bed.

Outside Property

The garden contains some fruit trees, plus a patio area complete with BBQ and garden furniture.

There is currently construction work in the field behind Apple Trees. In discussion with the site manager the work will come closer to the end of the garden but no heavy machinery will be used and it is not a 'noisy' site. Work finishes at 5pm so for those planning to be out most days there should be minimal disturbance. I am happy to answer any questions and send up to date photos.

Off road parking for two cars (one garaged).

Surrounding Area

Located on the South side of Holt, the town centre is a level 10 minute walk away.

Apple Trees is situated in a very quiet residential cul-de-sac. The south facing enclosed garden, which is quite a suntrap has some fruit trees plus garden dining and lounging furniture .
