Ground Floor

Sitting/Dining Room: A light and spacious room with a wood burner, comfortable seating, dining table and six chairs with TV, DVD and CD player.
Kitchen: The new 'Shaker' style kitchen is equipped with electric hob, integrated oven and microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
Shower Room: Power shower, WC, hand basin, shaver point, extractor fan and washing machine.
There is also a cloak/boot room and a study with stairs leading to the first floor.
N.B. The staircase is a traditional 'Norfolk winder' which is fairly steep.

First Floor

Master Bedroom with double bedstead, Bedroom 2 can be a single, twin or king size room (single bed with pull out bed of same height) and Bedroom 3 is a single.
Bathroom: Traditional style white suite with roll top bath with hand shower attachment, WC and hand basin plus heated towel rail, extractor fan and shaver point.
Linen, towels and toiletries are provided and baby equipment (travel cot, high chair and stair gates) are available on request.

Outside Property

The large garden is fully enclosed and safe with a driveway with parking for several cars.
The rear garden offers a mixture of terrace and lawn areas with wooden garden furniture and a kettle barbeque, perfect for long, summer days and al fresco dining.
To the front there is a lawn to one side and a low lying box and lavender parterre to the other.

Surrounding Area

The quiet village of Hindringham is ideally positioned for access to the unspoilt north Norfolk coast as well as the market towns of Holt, Fakenham and Burnham Market. The little village of Binham is 2 miles away where there are good shops and a pub with its own brewery.
