Two double bedrooms both with double aspect windows with views over open countryside, they both boast flat screen TVs. wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with touch lamps and hairdryers.
One bedroom has a King sized bed and the other has a superking bed which can me made into two 3ft singles if required.
Each bedroom has an en suite with bath and separate shower, toilet, basin and electric heated towel rails.

Set on our arable farm, surrounded by glorious open countryside this wonderfully presented cottage style accommodation with 2 double bedrooms ( 1 can be made as a twin) 2 ensuite bathrooms sleeping 4 people + cot, the property benefits from a modern kitchen/ dining room, cosy lounge area with patio doors leading into a private garden with outside seating areas, has private parking for 3 cars.

Outside Property

A private fully enclosed and gated car park which leads onto a good sized garden. On one side of the cottage is a lawned area with flower boarders a patio with modern seating and on the other side is a shingled area, flower boarders with a small patio and bistro style table and chairs.
There is a selection of outdoor games in an outside storage box.

Surrounding Area

The cottage is ideally placed to visit all that North Norfolk has to offer.
Outstanding beaches and seaside towns like Wells-next-the-sea, Blakeney, Holkham, Brancaster, Sheringham, Cley and Cromer.
An abundance of National Trust and privately owned historic houses with magnificent grounds and gardens.
A trip the North Norfolk Steam Railway and a boat trip from Morston to see the seals on Blakney point is a must along with a visit to Pensthorpe Wildlife Park.
You will be spoilt for choice whatever the weather.
