Light comfortable family house. 2 reception rooms, kitchen with dining table and terrace outside. Folding terrace doors.
Two bedrooms are spacious. Bunk room small. 6 ft bunks.
Central heating. Wood burner in sitting room. TV/DVD in other downstairs room.
The house is near the top of Back Lane. Easy access to the Coast Hopper bus. Good mobile signal. (for O2 at least). Wifi and incoming calls only landline. There is a work table upstairs in the twin room, with wifi socket nearby.

There is a 3 night minimum price for short lets £400.
10% discount for couples for full week lets, except in peak season.

Large garden. Off road parking for 2 -3 cars.
Easy walk to shops and quay.

Surrounding Area

Blakeney. Well known North Norfolk coastal sailing village. Ferry boats to the Point, seal viewing trips, birds and sand. Young children are safe playing in the creek at low tide. Traditional crabbing happens from the edge of the quay.
Good places to eat in Blakeney.
Holt is the nearest market town about 15 minutes drive or bus.
Bird watchers come to Blakeney, Cley and Salthouse. There is a direct path along the marshes to Morston and Cley.
There are many lovely inland walks as well.
