The house has a great layout with an orangery being the focal point for families and or friends to gather.
Being bright and airy Caprice has a wealth of feature furniture making it feel homely and special.
On the ground floor, there is an Aga for heating in the winter months and a range cooker with oodles of equipment and space to prepare the tastiest of meals for home from home cooking.
The eating area consists of a stunning orangery bringing the outside inside with seating for all at a long table. There is a lounging area at one end with comfortable sofas.
To the opposite end are the doors to a wonderful garden and a study type area with a large desk and bookcases leading through to the larger lounge area with lovely bookcases.
The hallway has an entrance porch and cloakroom off from it. The stairs lead to a feature landing with wonderful framed photographs and interesting articles.
Upstairs there are four lovely bedrooms, one en-suite and two doubles (one with an extra single bed) and finally a twin bedded room. There are enough options to make the house extremely versatile when organising sleeping arrangements.
On the first floor, there is a family bathroom, all the bedrooms have an individual quality feel from the decor to the furnishings and bedding.
The is ample parking for cars at the front of the property. To the private rear, there is a seating area for eating by the lawned area. Further out there are mature tended bushes and borders with a tiered area for BBQ's and relaxing in the sun.
Not to be missed with this property is the offer of an optional Beach Hut. The Hut is situated on the edge of the sand dunes on Old Hunstanton beach behind the golf club. The hut is recently decorated with a wealth of facilities to help enjoy a great day on one of the best of Norfolk's beaches.
Heacham is a great village its self with a great uncommercialised beach stretching for miles with sand dunes and year-round dog walks to the rear. A great place to launch boats too.
Only 10 minutes away is Hunstanton one of the busier seaside towns in Norfolk with many visitors and attractions to keep them coming back year after year.
The sealife centre, lighthouse, cliffs and long beaches are all a draw.
Close by is The Queen's Sandringham Estate with many organised events tours of the house and grounds not forgetting the great royal museum in the grounds too.
