The woodburner is a focal point to the open plan living space, making this a wonderful cottage to holiday in out of high season. The bedroom is tastefully furnished, and the bathroom has underfloor heating with a large double sized shower. This uncomplicated one level dwelling is ideal for anyone who finds steps a challenge.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, mirror, built in wardrobe and dolly hooks.

Outdoor Utility Area housing the washing machine/ dryer, coat hooks and space for wellies, and dog drying area with dog bed.
The cottage has the advantage of both private parking and easy parking on the road.
There is a good sized, enclosed and private garden with a swing seat, garden furniture and BBQ. The garden enjoys the sun and has plenty of shade too for those hotter summer days.
Under cover storage is available for bikes.
Situated on a quiet country lane with a bridged ford at the end, unsuitable for cars but great for dogs to play in! It is only a short walk from the cottage to the popular Art Café, with BIRDscapes bird art gallery just next door. Cley Spy, and excellent shop selling everything for birders and lovers of wildlife is also in the village.
Next to the cottage is the Shell Museum and the beautiful old church of St Martins stands proudly behind. There are countless walks both inland towards Holt and out towards the beautiful North Norfolk Coast where the coastal path can be picked up for longer walks with wonderful views and expansive sky.
Old Church Hall is a short walk to the popular Wiveton Bell pub. It is positioned within the renowned birdwatching mecca of North Norfolk. The wide sandy beaches of Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea are only a short drive away, as is the picturesque town of Holt. Blakeney, Cley and Salthouse are even closer, making this hideaway the perfect base for exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
