You will find us in a quiet location close to Fakenham town centre. We are a four star rated bed and breakfast offering a choice of four spacious double family or twin rooms with all en-suite, and two single rooms.
Our ground floor en-suite room is suitable for disabled access, two of our first floor en-suite rooms are family rooms, and our second floor en-suite room has views over the roof tops of Fakenham and countryside. We have free Wi-Fi for all guests.

One mile away from Fakenham is Pensthorpe an ideal wildlife haven for photographers. A mile in the other direction is Sculthorpe moor home of the Hawk and Owl trust.
