North Cottage Cromer is a very large detatched house set inside North Lodge Park. It is ideally suited to a large family gathering for holiday or celebration, 2 families sharing or a group of friends.

This is a great house to celebrate. Fully equipped kitchen with Aga and conventional cooking.
This is one of the finest large houses on the North Norfolk Coast. It's location, size, and highly prized private parking for 4 cars ensure it is in high demand. A 2 night minimum stay is required, 7 nights minimum during school holidays. 7 nights from £1600 in low season.
There's plenty of space to relax and socialise:
A huge family garden room with bi-fold doors opening into the gardens. The garden room has sofas, chairs and comfortably seats all 10 guests. There's TV, DVD, video streaming, table football and a variety of indoor / garden games for your enjoyment.
There's a large conservatory with comfy seating and cafe style dining linking the main house with the garden room.
The kitchen is well equipped for all kinds of cooking and includes a 3 oven gas Aga (Oct-April only) conventional oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. There's a full range of cookware and utensils, also provided are cooking essentials.
The dining room is linked to the kitchen and seats 10 at a large oval table.
There's a large comfortable living room with sofas, wood burner, TV, DVD and video streaming from your tablet or mobile.
The fifth reception room is a separate study furnished with sofa and armchairs and equipped with TV, DVD player, video streaming from your tablet or mobile and DVD library for your enjoyment.
Completing the ground floor accommodation is:

Laundry / utility room with Miele washing machine and separate Miele tumble dryer.

The Master bay-fronted King Size bedroom with sea views across the park complete with large ensuite shower, bath, basin and toilet.

The Blue Room with 2 x 3'0" single beds and sea views.
The Ivory Room with 2 x 3'0" single beds and sea views across the park.
All bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes, drawers, bedside cabinets, reading lamps and mirrors. All bed linen is provided (white cotton) duvets, extra blankets, 2 pillows, 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel per guest.
Completing the facilites upstairs there's a shower room and separate WC (in addition to the gorund floor wet room).
North Cottage has fibre broadband and a BT whole-home mesh Wi-Fi system.
There's private gated parking on the gravelled driveway for up to 4 cars.
There's also under cover storage for bicycles.
The garden are set within flint faced walls and feature a large lawn, herb garden and paved terrace immediately outside the garden room. The terrace is furnished with table and chairs and features outside lighting.
North Cottage is 5 minutes walk to the beach through North Lodge Park. There is also step-free access to the promenade and Cromer Pier via the lift at the Rocket House cafe / RNLI Henry Blogg Museum.
Cromer town is just five minutes walk and offers plenty of pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, supermarkets and other seaside attractions.
Cromer is a Blue Flag beach attended by lifeguards (in season) and offers swimming, surfing and paddle boarding (lessons and equipment hire available). Blakeney, Wells-Next-Sea, Sheringham, Mundesley and Holt are all nearby. Cromer railway station links to Norwich. The historic Poppy Line steam railway runs from Sheringham to Holt and is well worth a visit.
