1 double bedroom. Double sofa bed in lounge if required.
Four Seasons is set in a beautiful seaside town in a quiet, secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre and 10 minutes to the beach and pier.
An annex to the owners' home and refurbished as a holiday home to a high standard, new owners Jill and Steve started welcoming guests from July 2017.
The accommodation is all on the ground floor and it includes an easy pull-out sofa bed in the lounge - suitable for 1-2 adults - with linen provided if requested when booking.
The property benefits from gas central heating and wi-fi throughout and satellite TV (including free 'On Demand' players) in the lounge.
There is a well equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave and full size fridge-freezer.
The separate dining room has seating for up to 4 people.
The bedroom is a comfortable size with double bed, bedside tables, chest of draws and wardrobe. It also benefits from a TV for playing DVDs. All linen is provided as well as a hairdryer.
The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, plus a grab-rail.
Bathroom towels and tea towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
Welcome pack included.
Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Accessibility: There is one small step onto the entrance porch decking and a small step across the door threshold. There is also a small step to access the veranda through the patio doors. Although on the ground floor, the property is not suitable for wheelchair users. The area around the bed is not wide enough for a wheelchair and there is no wet room.
We regret the layout of the property means that it is not really suitable for children.
From the lounge patio doors open up to a small veranda with a table and seating for 2 to enjoy meals in the sun!
Private off-road parking on the driveway in front of the property.
Cromer boasts a blue flag beach and a pier (complete with traditional shows at the end of the pier theatre).
Walk along the beach (at low tide) to Sheringham and beyond in one direction or to Overstrand or on to Mundesley in the other. Regular buses mean you don't need to walk all the way back! If the tide is in, try the coastal path instead. There are also many inland walks - you can easily leave your car parked up for the week!
Try fishing or crabbing from the pier, or further afield visit National Trust properties at Felbrigg and Blickling, go bird watching at Pensthorpe or Titchwell Marsh. Visit Holkham and Sandringham further along the coast or take a boat trip to see the seals at Blakeney Point.
Don't forget to relax and enjoy coffee and cake in one of the many independent coffee shops and tea rooms in and around Cromer!
An ideal retreat for two... Quiet location, yet only a few minutes walk from town and beach.
