Anchor cottage is a beautifully designed and luxuriously fitted out holiday home.
Ground Floor: entrance hall, modern well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and electric oven with gas hob. The lounge area has 2 sofas, dining table that seats 6 people, Tv with freeview and dvd player and of course WIFI. Leading of the kitchen is a downstairs toilet and shower room. Stairs then leading up to the first floor.
First Floor : 1 Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. 1 Twin bedroom which sleeps up to 4 people with 2 twin beds and 2 Trundle beds, this room has a velux window which makes it light and airy . Tv and wardrobe also in the twin bedroom.
Paddle stairs leading up to roof terrace with views over the town and church however anyone using the stairs leading to the roof terrace do so at there own risk.
Bed linen and towels are all provided.
This property is gas central heated so very cosy in the winter months. Strictly no smoking and 1 small dog allowed to be booked in prior to visit.

There is no parking outside the property but parking is available just 50 yds around the corner.
There is a roof terrace which has views of the town and the stunning Cromer church. Sun loungers and table and chairs are available.
Anchor cottage is the perfect location in Cromer. The beach is just a short walk away and we are also close to the shops and restaurants. A short walk along the beach from Cromer you will find the quieter beaches like Overstrand or in the other direction you will find East and West Runton Beaches which are perfect for a lazy afternoons stroll .
One of our Cromer highlights is the famous Cromer pier with a lovely theatre and fabulous pier shows to suit all ages throughout the year. The famous end of pier shows are the only ones left running in Europe. Also at the end of the pier is Cromer lifeboat station which the family will love.
Another highlight in August is our Local Carnival which runs for 2 weeks and has plenty of things for the children to do. Carnival day there is an evening procession of floats through the town, red arrows display and all day entertainment on the carnival field. The following evening there is a huge firework display .
We also have the Henry Blogg Museum, the Cromer museum and amusement arcades all within a walking distance.For the not so sunny days we have the Cinema a few minutes walk away and a short drive away we have Splash Swimming Pool in Sheringham which can also be reached by bus or train.
There are lots of good places to eat in Cromer and we have plenty of takeaway restaurants including Chinese/Indian and of course plenty of options for Fish and chips.
Just around the corner from Anchor cottage at the top of the Gangway we have the Crab Man selling fresh crabs and lobsters.
If you enjoy walking in the country we have the gorgeous Felbrigg Hall run by the National Trust just 10 minutes away by car.
For grocery shopping we have a wide selection of supermarkets and local shops including Morrisons, Lidl, Budgens, Iceland etc and many small local shops too.
Royal Cromer golf course is just a few minutes away by car.
