A large open plan living room come dining area which has a double height ceiling. Two twin bedrooms downstairs open off this living area. Stairs take you up to a balcony which runs around the living room and off that are three more bedrooms . The 6th bedroom is through the master bedroom and is ideally suited to children with a single bed and a cot. The master bedroom is ensuite . One more bathroom upstairs, and two more downstairs, making 4 bathrooms in all.
It is a lovely warm barn with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. There is in addition a woodburner.
Kitchen is well fitted with the usual appliances. Wifi and Sky TV. Dishwasher, washing machine.
Outside there is a shared garden to the back and another lawn to the south and front. There is private parking sufficient for 4/5 cars. The gravel drive and parking are shared with the two cottages but there is room for bicycles and boats.

The barn is on the edge of Burnham Thorpe which means that the country walk begins immediately..
Burnham Thorpe is one of the Burnhams in this lovely part of North Norfolk. Burnham Overy Staithe is the nearest harbour and beach. Very popular for families with young children as is also the well known beach at Holkham.
Burnham Market, also known as "Fulham on Sea" has some great shops. Golf at Brancaster, Hunstanton and other links courses up and down the coast. Sailing in Brancaster Staithe, Overy Staithe and Wells next the sea.
Bird reserves at Cley and Titchwell . Plenty of attractions including Holkham hall very close by.
The Lord Nelson pub in the village has a big garden and serves reasonable food. There are plenty of other good pubs in the area and Wells caters well for the Fish and Chip lovers.
