One third payable on booking ,the balance 8 weeks prior to holiday start. Pay by cheque or online banking . Changeover is on Saturdays.
Also available winter weekends 4 nights Friday to Monday between the middle of November and beginning of March £250 for a couple.

7 Roman Way is a detached L-shaped two-bedroomed bungalow on a corner plot in a peaceful cul-de-sac in Brancaster. It gives spacious and comfortable accommodation. The beach is a 20 minute walk. The Village Shop: a third of a mile and the Pub/Restaurant half a mile.
The Lounge /Diner is furnished attractively with two comfortable settees, LCD flat screen TV, CD hi-fi, DVD player, electric fire, dining table and chairs .
Conservatory with settee and two armchairs.
Kitchen with table and chairs, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, electric hob and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 with a double bed ,wardrobe, chest of drawers bedside tables and TV .Bed linen is provided.
Bedroom 2 with a double bed wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables .Bed linen is provided.
There is Z bed and/or baby travel cot available on request which increases capacity to five people..
Bathroom with bath, power shower over the bath , wc, wash-basin and heated towel rail .Towels are provided.
Heating: Electric night storage heaters except in the bathroom which has a high level fan heater and heated towel rail.
Also Provided: Books, games, DVDs and CDs. Welcome pack of tea or coffee and milk Sorry, but no smoking or pets allowed.
The garage is not included as I keep my bits and pieces there but the greenhouse could be used to store a couple of bikes at your own risk.

Brancaster is an unspoilt seaside village in an area of outstanding natural beauty, which has much to offer, making it an ideal holiday location all year round .The sandy beach overlooks Scolt Head Island nature reserve. There are plenty of coast and country walks, tennis courts, the famous links golf course, sea fishing, boat trips and dinghy sailing close by. There are award winning pub/restaurants nearby : The White Horse, The Ship and The Jolly Sailors .The Fish Shed sells a mouthwatering selection of seafood including shellfish from the harbour. Burnham Market for upmarket shopping and The Hoste is four miles away. The Coasthopper buses run to Hunstanton and Cromer and all coastal villages between ;half hourly in season, hourly in winter.Bird watching at RSPB Titchwell (5 minutes drive),Snettisham (20 minutes), Holkham (15 minutes) ,Cley (40 minutes) and Sculthorpe (30 minutes). During winter skeins of thousands of pink-footed geese are a regular sight..
