We have been busy making The Moorings even better for your pleasure and relaxation.
The Kitchen has all facilities including dish washer, food disposal sink and water filter, this overlooks the river through a picture window.
There is a utility area with a washing machine and freezer by one of the rear doors.
There is also a well equipped games room with snooker/pool table, darts board and a games console with games.
The lounge has an open log fire and makes for a great communal area or cozy winter warmer.
The dining table will seat 8 and leads to a conservatory on the back of the house with its own large sofa bed.
Over the dining area is a mezaine floor with another sofa bed..
The gardens are laid to lawn with mature shrubs and patios to the front and rear of the house.
The rear garden has a small patio adjacent to the private Hot Tub decked area.
The front patio has an open view towards the river and is a great place to relax whilst watching passing boats with open fields as a backdrop.
The drive is laid to shingle and will easily hold 3 cars with a turnaround and lighting.
At the bottom of the drive and over a single track road is the private quay deck, this can be used in season for fishing, sunbathing or accessing the private day boat.
Located on the bank of the River Yare just south of Norwich. The property is in a rural location but only a 200 metre walk from a great pub with food. Great place for walking and cycling very little traffic.
Within an hours cruise the boat can pass several riverside pubs or be tied up at Norwich yacht station by the Norwich riverside complex at the entertainment heart of the city.
