'Amanecer' is a single storey, brick built, two bedroomed chalet located on the Rainbows End holiday park in Bacton, Norfolk.
It is fully equipped, to a high standard. for self-catering.
The kitchen has a fan-assisted oven, 4 ceramic hobs and a fan extractor. There is a microwave, kettle and plenty of pots, pans, utensils etc... for cooking. There is new crockery and cutlery, enough for 6 people. There is an upright 'half and half' Fridge/Freezer.
The lounge contains a dining table which seats 4. Two, brand new, 2 seater leather recliner sofas. There is a 37" TV with freeview, along with a DVD player/recorder, so no need to miss your favourite programs if you are out for the day! There is also a large bookcase with a selection of books.
The back bedroom contains a 'King-Size' bed, a wardrobe with 4 large drawers (so plenty of room for your clothes), and a 'full length' adjustable dressing mirror.
The front bedroom houses 2 single beds and a chest of drawers (5 drawers).
We provide you with all bed linen.
The bathroom is very modern, fully tiled on two walls. There is a bath with an electric shower housed within. Hand basin and low level w/c. There is a mirror and shelf above the basin.
Outside there is a decked terrace area with a stainless steel table and 4 chairs. From here you can look out at the 10 acres of parkland, and on the horizon, watch the ships go by.
Short breaks (FRI - SUN and MON -THU INCL) are available. If these days are inconvenient for you, please contact me (email only please), and, depending on existing bookings, I may be able to accommodate you on alternate days. Bacton is a very quiet. sleepy little village in North East Norfolk. The park backs onto the sea front and you can walk for miles in either direction, along the sea front. We are blessed with sandy beaches.
Things to see and do : -
Bacton Woods - ideal for walks and picnics, is close by.
The famous Happisburgh Lighthouse is a short distance away. There is also Lighthouse Farm Barn where they show owls! I think its only weekends, and only in the summer. Phone to check - 07766 895454.
Sea Palling is a few miles away with it's picturesque beach and views.
The resort towns of CROMER (famous for its CRABS and its Pier), and GT. YARMOUTH (with its amusements, horse racing and greyhound track) are around 15 miles away.
WROXHAM, the head of the NORFOLK BROADS is about 10 miles away. Here you can go on a boat trip or, hire and skipper your own vessel!
The historic city of NORWICH, with its two cathedrals, cobbled streets, magnificent castle and variety of shops (its considered to be the best place to shop outside of London), is around 20 miles away.
The quaint little town of 'HOLT' with its quirky shops is about 30 miles away.
