Yoga, meditation and deep relaxation have brought much joy and peace into my life.
In my classes I set out to share what I've learnt and to create a place for each student's personal exploration of their mind, body and essential essence.
I am Iyengar and British Wheel Qualified and inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli.
I dedicate my classes to the health and wellbeing of all those who wish to share this part of their journey with me.
Yoga
Susanna teaches yoga at a wonderful purpose build studio on the north Norfolk coast.
Day time and evening classes for all levels of experience.
Yoga for Pregnancy and Mums and Babies.
Susanna qualified with the Birthlight organisation(please visit birthlight.com).
Classes are held at Kelling Studio on Tuesday mornings during term time.
Cost: £8.00 per class payable in half term blocks.
All equipment is provided.
Birthlight yoga is a gentle way to help the mother-to-be to adapt to her changing body. Yoga helps to prevent and over come the ailments of pregnancy, and to prepare for the birth of the baby.
