Inside the property

This charming house has lots of character and still boasts many original features. The spacious living room/diner has LCD TV, dvd/cd/video player with a large selection of dvds/videos, plus books and games. Gas fire and gas central heating.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with gas oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Breakfast bar and seating area.

The conservatory provides a relaxed seating area which leads to a secluded large garden at the rear of the house making a great play area for children! A gas barbeque, outside seating and a variety of games are provided.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both these rooms offer stunning views of the front garden, village and sea in the distance. Third bedroom has twin beds plus sofabed, and the fourth, which is smaller (but very cosy!) has a double bed. These rooms overlook the rear garden and the countryside beyond.

Woodhill is just 5 mins walk to the beach and also close by to quiet country lanes from which you can explore the local area. East Runton has a local friendly mini-market which sells everything including fresh fruit and veg., newsagent/tea room which serves a great all-day breakfast and other tasty delights; butchers (all you need for bbq), village pub, fish'n'chip shop and the well known Constantia Greek Restaurant which is family run and provides great traditional food and evening entertainment.
