All cottages very well equipped and maintained - 3 more kitchens refurbished Jan 2010, new leather sofas replaced old sofas; all mattresses replaced; and range from very comfortable to very very comfortable. King sized beds now in Oak, Ash, Beech and Elm June 2011. Holly has a 4 poster bed.

Willow Cottage has a wood burner, fire wood included in price.

Ash and Beech have ensuite shower rooms, most have beams and exposed flint. Several cottages have downstairs bedrooms.

Cabled internet broadband available, with films and music from central server.

Outside Features

The cottages are surrounded by fields, and there is plenty of outside safe space for playing & walking. There is car parking space close to cottage, with luggage trolley if needed. 2 fixed BBQ's for guests use. Fantastic large safe playing area with swings, large slide, tree house, zip wire, climbing frame, sand pit, large area for football, and even a 1959 David Brown tractor.

Wood Farm cottages are in the village of Edgefield, surrounded by fields and trees, four miles south of the Georgian town of Holt. This rural village is in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside making it an ideal base for the coast and countryside holidays. Village Pub The Pigs - is a 10 minute walk.
