WIVETON HALL
Wiveton Hall is one of England's secret architectural gems. It was built in the Jacobean period and finished in 1652 by a prosperous merchant, on monastic land when nearby Blakeney and Cley were thriving ports. In the Edwardian period a wing was added to provide the then essential billiard room, ball room and gun room which have since been converted. It is this self-contained wing, with its own entrances and sunny courtyard garden that is available to rent.
The wing is furnished throughout with family furniture and pictures traditional to a country house. The old ballroom is now a very large drawing room with a grand piano and open fire. The billiard room is now the kitchendining room. The Hall is in a secluded position, surrounded by extensive gardens and set in its own farmland, away from the main coast road.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Ground Floor:
• Very large drawing room 40' x 24' with open fire and grand piano.
• Large kitchendining room with sitting area 30' x 27' with wood burning stove and TV. Larder off kitchen.
• Utility room with double sink, dishwasher, washing machine and door into courtyard garden.
• Cloak room and lavatory.
First Floor:
• Two enormous double bedrooms 1 four poster
• Two twin bedded rooms
• Two bathrooms
• Long passage with views over marshes to the sea and Blakeney point

• All linen EXCEPT TOWELS
• Cot we provide the mattress, cot sheet but not the bedding

CONDITIONS:
• Bookings will run from Friday 3.30pm to the following Friday 10.30am.
• One third of the total rent to be paid upon confirmation of booking.
• The balance to be received one month prior to arrival.
• Any extras and breakages to be paid prior to departure.
• Weekends - total amount to be paid on booking.
• The accommodation sleeps 8 people plus a cot for a baby.
• If you want to exceed this, other bedrooms and bathrooms can sometimes be made available for a surcharge, OR we can provide an extra mattress or small bed for a child for an additional £25.00.
• NO DOGS INDOORS. We have a kennel that they can sleep in. Please let us know if you want to bring one.

The wing is also available to rent for weekends during off-peak times. It may also be hired as a venue as it is an ideal setting for wedding receptions or residential courses.
