This delightfully spacious brick and flint cottage is part of an award-winning conversion set within a secluded courtyard, has its own private walled garden and patio.

The sitting room has the original superb vaulted ceiling and open coal fire and is tastefully furnished with some attractive antique pieces, in keeping with the style of the cottage.

The bedrooms, all with beamed ceilings, overlook the cottage garden, which is south and west facing, offer views towards Sheringham Park.

The large, farmhouse-style kitchen/dining room is well equipped and has a glazed door leading directly out to the patio and rear garden.

It has a sunny and enclosed large walled garden to the rear. Parking available for one car. Garden and patio furniture provided.

NB parking is close by. There no direct road access to the cottage which is reached by a sloping path through attractive courtyard gardens.

Wisteria Cottage is located in the pretty conservation village of Upper Sheringham close to the renowned Sheringham Park (National Trust) with fine walks and stunning coastal views.

The popular seaside resort of Sheringham with its sandy beach, shops, restaurants and golf course is only one and a half miles away.
