WHITE ROSE LODGE

White Rose Lodge is situated in a quiet courtyard at the edge of the village, a short walk to the renowned Thursford Collection and Christmas show. The house enjoys a beautiful 2 acre garden and there is also a private walled rose garden for guests to use. There is ample parking within the grounds of the house and dry storage for bicycles.

The centrally heated ground floor suite offers a high degree of privacy for our guests. It has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. There is a comfortable four post bed with plenty of pillows, hairdryer, trouser press and clock radio.
Large fluffy towels and soap are provided in the shower room which also has a heated towel rail.

The suite also provides an adjoining comfortable sitting room with settee, armchair and footstool. Also, a small dining area with full size fridge where guests take a home-cooked or continental breakfast.
The sitting room has a 32'' flat screen digital TV with dvd. There are a selection of films available. There is also a radio with cd player or, if you prefer, a bookcase with a variety of reading material.

A comprehensive range of teas and coffee is available as well as fresh milk.

As far as possible we like to use locally sourced foods and home made bread and cakes. Special diets can be catered for with prior notice and an evening meal or supper is possible by arrangement.

About 100 yards past this, turn left at the Crawfish pub & Thai Restaurant. Take the 2nd left and proceed through the village past the museum and village green. Just before the speed deregulation sign turn left into Balls Lane. Almost immediately on the right hand bend, turn into the gravel drive to the right of Green Farm House. This is Green Farm Lane.
