The house is well equipped and comfortably furnished. Upstairs in the old part of the house there are 2 double bedrooms along with a single bedroom and wood panelled bathroom with bath, wc and basin. Downstairs consists of a sitting room with TV, DVD, VHS, CD player and wood burning stove; dining room-sitting 8 comfortably; kitchen with Aga, fridgefreezer, microwave, dishwasher; garden room with breakfast table and sofa and french doors onto walled garden and a shower room with wc, basin and rain effect shower. The newer annex is all on one floor and connects to the rest of the house via the kitchen. It consists of a utility room with washer dryer and utility sink, small bedroom for cot or Zbed-both provided; a large twin bedroom with wood burning stove and a shower room with wc, basin and electric power shower. The house has ADSL wireless internet connection. Outside there is the beautiful, totally enclosed, walled back garden well planted with herbs, flowers etc and a front garden with a patio area with table chairs and BBQ. Parking for 3 cars at the front and 1 at the back. The property has very steep stairs for which there are stair gates top and bottom for child safety but may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Also there is a stream running alongside the house which is fenced off from the back garden but only separated by a low wall in the front garden, so care required with children. Sorry no pets.
