The Well & Gatehouse Barns, near Blakeney

The Well & Gatehouse Barns are two charming detached barns in the North Norfolk village of Langham, just over a mile from Blakeney and Morston. The barns are situated in the center of the village and have been carefully renovated to the highest standards by a leading Norfolk conservationist.

The barns feature open plan living and dining areas with fully equipped luxury kitchen. Double height living area with large, comfy sofas and double doors leading to the garden.

The Well Barn has a romantic galleried first floor bedroom with king-sized four-poster bed, while the Gatehouse barn has a ground floor king-sized bedroom with French doors on to the private garden.

Each barn has a ground floor bathroom with terracotta flooring and antique bath, with high pressure shower.

Outside the barns have private, sunny walled gardens with patio area, BBQ and lawn. Each barn has off road parking for one car and space for storing a small boat.
