Wavecrest (Mundesley)

Wavecrest is a beautiful, spacious house providing self catering holiday accommodation for up to 14 guests and a baby. Dating back to the mid - 19th century, Wavecrest is a semi-detached house which sits on top of the cliffs, overlooking the sea and the lovely sandy beach at Mundesley, Norfolk. All the rooms have sea views and the house has gas fired central heating and two open working fireplaces.

THE GROUND FLOOR
The living room has ample seating, a TV with Freeview, Video and Dvd player. There is a working open fire guests to provide their own coallogs and a small selection of books. Double aspect windows make this an extremely light and airy room. There is also a good quality double sofa bed with a sprung matress.

The dining room, also double aspect, has a table which will seat 14, a small sound system and a selection of board games, jigsaws and puzzles. There is also a telescope for seaviewing and a second working open fire.

The kitchen is well equipped to cater for 14 people. There is a stainless steel range cooker with double electric ovens, one of which is fan assisted, and gas hob. There is also a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and an additional fridge.

A small conservatory houses a washing machine and tumble drier, picnic basket and a small table and chairs which can be moved out into the garden if desired.

THE FIRST FLOOR
The master bedroom has a king sized double bed with ensuite shower and sink. There is ample wardrobe space and a doorway out onto a balcony over looking the sea. This bedroom has a further telescope.

A second double room also has a king sized bed, good sized wardrobe and another doorway out onto the balcony.

The third bedroom on this floor has two single beds, a clothes rail and chest of drawers.

There is a small bathroom with toilet and sink.

THE SECOND FLOOR
Two more spacious bedrooms are found on the top floor, each with two single beds, clothes rails and chests of drawers.

There is also a large bathroom containing a free standing bath, shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

THE GARDEN
The enclosed lawned garden has picnic benches and a bbq. A small shed contains further chairs and sun loungers, a boule set, garden torches and assorted buckets, spades, lillos etc., all of which can be taken to the beach.

A gate at the end of the garden opens onto the cliff path which leads to a ramp down to the beach around 200 metres from the house.

There is an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe of the main bedroom
Duvets and pillows are provided but we ask that guests bring their own bed linen and towels

SHORT BREAKS are available outside peak rate periods at a cost of £100 per night
