Waterside Barn is the perfect place to get away from it all whatever the time of year. Converted from historic cartsheds on the Hindringham estate, to create a comfortable and spacious contemporary retreat, it has been furnished to a high standard with underfloor heating and a woodburning stove for those cooler days.
The Barn has a light, spacious feel with vaulted ceilings,exposed beams and brickwork and oak floors.
The kitchen is well equipped with SMEG range cooker (electric/gas), microwave and built-in dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer.
The master bedroom (kingsize) with ensuite bathroom, the twin bedroom and the main bathroom are all on ground floor level, providing easy access. The second double bedroom is upstairs where there is also an open galleried mezzanine with sofas and music system.
The living room/dining area is open plan with a large wooden dining table that seats 8 and sofas and armchairs around the fireplace, with flat-screen TV and DVD player. Wifi broadband access also available

Waterside Barn is set in almost an acre of grounds including a wildflower meadow (May-June), large pond, lawned garden and gated courtyard where children can play and be watched.
The patio doors open onto a south-facing terrace with table and chairs - perfect for lunch or a glass of wine on a summer's evening watching the wildlife around the pond.
The pond has been fenced all around with steps down from the lawn to a decked walkway and seat on the water's edge to get closer to the wildlife.
Access is via a long gravel driveway around the back, affording privacy and parking space for up to 3 cars. There is additional parking in front of the poperty.
The picturesque village of Binham with its traditional general store/newsagents, butchers shop and public house is only a short drive or cycle ride away. Also close by is historic Little Walsingham, famed for its shrine and pilgrimages, with its fabulous farm shop and fish and chip restaurant.
The beautiful North Norfolk Coast is only 10-15 minutes drive away, with the choice of Wells-next-the-Sea, Stiffkey and Blakeney within easy reach. Not much farther along the coast is the pebbly beach at Cley and its famous deli and fish smokery, whilst in the opposite direction visit the beautiful sandy expanses of Holkham beach and grounds of the magnificent Holkham Hall.
