WALNUT COTTAGE
The cottage is situated on a arable farm in a pretty rural area between the villages of Burnham Market and Stanhoe in a small hamlet called "Muckleton" It is within easy distance of some beautiful beaches and bird watching areas.
For those who enjoy the beach and sailing there is Brancaster harbour and Holkham & Brancaster beach a 10 minute drive away. Burnham Market is a popular shopping town with a great variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. For those who enjoy the bird life there is Titchwell Bird Reserve, Scolt Head Island and local salt marshes close by. The migration of geese is a renowed spectacle during the Autumn months.
ACCOMODATION
The cottage has been redecorated and furnished to encompass a "luxury comfort and practicality". It is well equipped to a high standard with all modern conveniences.
The cottage comprised of three bedrooms. The master double with ensuite shower & wc and a further double and single rooms. There is an entrance lobby, fitted kitchen/dining area, sitting room and downstairs bathroom and wc.
There is a large enclosed garden with plenty of off road parking for cars and a boat.
