ACCOMMODATION
The cottage has been redecorated and furnished to encompass comfort and practicality. It is well equipped to a high standard with all modern conveniences.
The cottage comprised of three bedrooms. The master double with ensuite shower & loo and a further double and single rooms. There is an entrance lobby, fitted kitchen-dining area, sitting room and downstairs bathroom shower and toilet.

· No smoking within the house.
Weekend breaks available during low and mid season. 10% couple discount.

Outside Features

There is a 1/4 acre enclosed garden with plenty of off road parking for cars and a boat. Tables and chairs seating 6. Deck chairs. Dog loo and outside drying off kennel if needed.

Location

The cottage is situated on a arable farm between the villages of Burnham Market and Stanhoe in the small Hamlet of Muckleton.

Close by are some beautiful beaches, sailing & boating,
golf available. Lovely walking areas. Brancaster harbour, Holkham & Brancaster beach are just a 10 minute drive.

Burnham Market is a popular shopping town with a great variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.

Lovely family days out with lots to do nearby whether its Sandringham House a day at Fakenham Races wildlife at Pensthorpe or Hunstanon sealife. Great walking. Never a dull moment!
