Valentine Cottage is an attractive brick, chalk and flint traditional cottage which has been renovated and refurbished throughout to an extremely high standard.
The cottage has many original features e.g.exposed beams and open fireplaces and has an annexe with children's den. It has a very pretty enclosed rear garden and is within walking distance of the beautiful coast at Thornham.

Ground Floor:

Shower Room: Walk-in power shower, WC and hand basin.
KitchenDining Area: Lovely spacious room which has been completely renovated and is really well-equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridgefreezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area has table and chairs for 6.
Sitting Room: Large room approx 25' long with woodburner, comfortable sofas, TVDVD, CD.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: King-size double bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe.
Bedrooms 2 and 3: Both with twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 also has a wardrobe.
Bathroom: Newly fitted bath, WC and hand basin.
Separate staircase in annexe to children's den with TVDVD and bean bags.
The cottage has oil central heating - cost is included in the rental.
There is a telephone honesty box, travel cot and books and games.
Outside:
Shingled parking area for 2 cars with side gate leading to enclosed cottage garden. Attractive rear garden with paved area, garden furniture, barbecue, lawn various shrubs and plants.
