Inside the property

Tystie Cottage was built in 1989, it has the character of a traditional flint property with the convenience of today's lifestyle.

An entrance hall leads to a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and automatic washer/dryer.

The sitting room is tastefully furnished with a dining area. The television has digital HD freesat satellite reception, a DVD and there is a separate hi-fi system.

A good selection of books are available including local history, maps, bird guides and a birders' logbook.

Double doors lead to a small south facing enclosed courtyard with garden table and chairs.

There are two bedrooms sleeping four. One has a southerly aspect with a double bed and the second has coastal views with twin beds.

The modern bathroom, on the first floor, has a bath with an electric shower, shaver socket and heated towel rail.

Heating is available in every room with electric storage heaters and panel radiators. There is no surcharge for electricity and bed linen is provided free of charge. However, visitors are requested to bring their own towels.

The telephone accepts incoming calls and can be used for emergency and local calls.

Outside and garden

Outside is a small south facing enclosed courtyard with garden table and chairs.

Parking is provided for one car in a designated parking area.
