Inside the property

Twixt Cottage is light and very comfortable. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with superking double and the other with two 3ft singles Hypnos beds which can be joined by zip and link to make another superking double. Down and feather duvets and pillow cases provided. The kitchen has French doors leading to the terrace and and an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dish washer. There is a freezer in the under stairs cupboard. The bathroom with shower overbath has a megaflow system which delivers water at high pressure. The sitting room with new maple wooden floors and an open fireplace has a three seater sofa , two Ikea poang armchairs, a 32 digital tv plus a dvd and video player. (Linen not provided but can be arranged £7.00 per double bed, £5.00 per single bed)

Outside and garden

The South facing terrace is a sun trap and is enclosed with teak garden furniture and BBQ(coal/wood not gas). Parking is directly outside the cottage or on a wide grass verge diagonally opposite the cottage if bringing a boat on a trailer.

Surrounding area

Twixt Cottage is a two minute walk to the harbour with boat house and creek, the Hero pub and playing field with tennis courts and playground. Burnham Market, one mile away, offers a full range of outstanding food, gift and clothing shops. Local attractions include beautiful sandy beaches, excellent restaurants, sailing, coastal paths, birdwatching, seal colonies, golf courses, and churches.
