We have two modern holiday apartments situated in Tunns Yard, a quiet mews running up from the historic quay in Wells-next-the-Sea, conveniently situated in the centre of town and close to all the shops, restaurants etc.

If you would like a break - whether a week or more or just two or three days - this is a place where you can relax and slow down the pace.

One apartment is on the ground floor with a small patio and lock up space for bicycles and the other is situated above. They form a discrete unit. Each has one double bedroom, kitchen/lounge, shower room/toilet and exclusive parking. The ground floor apartment has a bed-settee in the lounge.

They are both decorated to a high standard with just a hint of retro (we can't help it), and well-equipped with colour TV, DVD, CD player, radio, electric blanket (in the winter). Both kitchens are equipped with oven, hob, microwave and fridge. The ground floor apartment has a washing machine with washing line available. The upper floor apartment has a dishwasher.

All bedding and towels are provided and there is no extra cost for heating and electricity. We offer a £10 discount if you provide your own bed linen.

Short breaks (minimum two nights) cost £75 for each of the first two nights. Consecutive nights from £30 each depending on season. Weeks from £250 to £400.

No smoking. Small, well-behved dog welcomed.
