This simply-furnished cottage was originally part of a barn, converted in the 19th century to accommodate farm workers in four cottages. It is set well back from the lane, about 6 miles from the North Norfolk coast and about half way between the market towns of Fakenham and Holt.

Ground Floor:

The back door opens to a tiny lobby leading to the
BATHROOM with instant electric shower over the bath, washbasin and w.c. and
KITCHEN with electric cooker, microwave and large larder complete with blue and white china, and fridge. The old wall oven is still in place.
SITTING ROOM DINING ROOM has two sofas by the open fire, a dining table for 6 and plenty of books, guides and games. The door opens onto to the walled front garden overlooking fields.

Very steep staircase with child gate leads to First Floor:

LANDING with 2 single beds, armchairs and view of back garden.

DOUBLE BEDROOM, with view of fields and church, has 5ft wide bed, two chests of drawers and hanging space.

TWIN BEDROOM looks over same view, and has 3ft wide beds and storage.
Plenty of blankets and duvets for all beds provided.

GARDEN:

Off-road parking for 2 cars. Back garden with fruit trees, and small walled garden to front, with chairs and table. Path to lane leading to Nature Reserve and Church.

Electricity is charged at 20p per unit please read the meter
Bedlinen and towels etc. can be provided at extra cost.

Well-behaved dogs allowed. No smoking, please.
