Inside the property

Little Gull and Sanderling Cottages are situated next door to each other in the pretty village of Thornham.
The cottages form part of the Manor Farm complex and were formerly farm buildings which have been tastefully renovated and retain many of their original features.

Outside and garden

Each cottage has its own self-contained garden which opens out on to a large open area containing a pitch and putt course and a children's play area with swings and slide.

Guests have the use of these safe, self-contained facilities which make the cottages ideal for families. There is also an inside games room featuring table tennis, darts and table football which guests also share.

The rear garden has a small patio area with garden furntiture and barbeque facilities. The children's play area and pitch and putt course is outside the back garden on private land and the village tennis court and five a side pitch is a short walk across the back field.

Surrounding area

Thornham has three excellent pub/reataurants within walking distance and Thornham Deli which is a short walk across the back field also does breakfast and lunches.

Wifi access is available at the Deli.

Thornham has large sandy beach which can be reached by a walk across the salt marshes. Alternatively you can drive to the sandy beaches at Holme, Brancaster and Hunstanton in just a few minutes.

The RSPB reserve at Titchwell is a short drive away.
