There are restored windmills, medieval churches, beautiful gardens and unique wildlife.
The great way to explore the Broads is by boat, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of these famous waterways.
Daily boat hire is available just half a mile away in Wroxham with its array of shops, waterside cafés, restaurants and inns.
Local trail footpaths like the Weaver's Way offer a chance to explore the countryside with good walking and cycling routes. Within a few miles are beautiful, award winning beaches.

Close by is a reliable Park and Ride service into the fine city of Norwich. East Anglia’s modern capital is also the country’s most complete medieval city - within its old walls and winding streets can be found over 1,500 historic buildings. A short walk offers an array of architecture, from the Norman splendour of the Cathedral to cobbled streets and timber-framed houses. Museums, galleries, theatres and a year round programme of festivals, celebrating everything from music and literature to food and beer combine to offer a vibrant and diverse City.
