The Sun Deck offers a friendly, high quality bed and breakfast service just a three minute stroll from the town centre,railway station and bus stop and a short walk away from the beach.

Our comfortable, newly-renovated bedrooms each include an en-suite shower room, tea and coffee-making facilites, television DVD player, hairdryer and radio alarm clock. Other requirements e.g. iron and ironing board can be supplied upon request, and in order to reduce guests' luggage requirements we can offer the free loan of beach equipment - windbreak, picnic rug, beach toys - on a first come, first served basis!

We offer our guests a full English breakfast which is freshly cooked using locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible, as well as a range of alternative dishes. We can supply breakfasts to suit special dietary requirements if requested in advance.

Our guest facilities include the area which gave us our name - the sun deck - a large wooden patio, equipped with garden furniture and parasols, offering our guests a sunny spot - weather permitting! - in which to relax and enjoy the garden.

Additional services include free coffee flask refills for your day trips and a cot and high chair for young visitors. Please note that although children are welcome we do not provide stair gates or other special facilities, therefore parental supervision is required at all times.

The Beeston Room:
A family room with en-suite shower room - one large double bed, one single bed + one travel cot if required please book cot in advance

The Weybourne Room:
A double room with en-suite shower room - one double bed

Double or family room:
£29 per adult per night
£12 per child 3-12 years per night
Babies and toddlers under 3 - free

Single occupancy of double room:
£35 per adult per night

3 nights or more: 5% discount

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Guests are asked to arrive between 4.00pm and 6.00pm and depart by 10.00am. Please phone if you require other arrangements. Once you have checked in, you will be given keys so that you can come and go as you wish.

PAYMENT
We ask for a £20 per room per night deposit upon booking, which is non-returnable unless we can re-book your rooms. Payment may be made by cash or by cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card.

HOW TO FIND US
Take the A140 from Norwich to Cromer.
Turn left onto B1436 signposted to Sheringham at Roughton.Follow road to T-junction.
Turn left onto A148 signposted to Holt.
Turn right onto A1082 signposted to Sheringham.
We are situated on the left hand side at the bottom of the road, next to the large road sign, just before the roundabout. You may park outside the house for a short time to unload your bags.

From Kings Lynn: A148, turn left onto A1082, follow directions above.
