If you’re looking for a UNIQUE Bed and Breakfast, then we have your answer: Look no further. The Studio, overlooking the Marshes in Cley – Next – The - Sea is full of character: a true Shabby Chic laid back experience. Children are very welcome as our home provides more than ample space for the little ones to run around and play hide and seek in an unprecious environment, or play in the garden, with the cat or in the playroom for a while if you need a bit of well earned space .
Our location is none other than outstanding, five minutes walk into the village, with amazing panoramic views of the beach and Blakeney point. We are a stones throw walk from the sea for a quick dip, and the seals at Blakeney Point for those with their walking boots.
Our house is very relaxed, complete with hammock, Moroccan wood stove, open fires, badminton rackets and small playroom to make your children feel quite at home . World cinema collection. Cat and tortoise.
We have bicycles, a swing, a bench & deckchairs at the front of the house where the evening sunsets can be admired across the marshes once the dirty wellies have been kicked off. At the back we have a beautiful little south facing walled garden, a total suntrap, with a lawn, border flowerbeds and garden furniture. Ours is an artists home, one pregnant with rustic character, providing inspiration both inside and directly outside the front door.
You are welcome to use the sitting room, tv, video, dvd, piano as well as the small playroom & garden where we sometimes serve breakfast in the summer.
For breakfast we serve fruit, yougart, toast, full cooked breakfast, kippers and vegetarian if requested on booking using organic eggs bacon and sausages.
We have full wireless broadband for those with laptops providing a perfect retreat to stay and write in peace away from the city with a sea view.
The house comprises of 5 double bedrooms, Sorry but not ensuite 3 with stunning panoramic marsh views. There is also a couple of single mattresses, bunk beds and a cot for the little ones. You are welcome to use our pretty south facing walled garden where breakfast can be served in the summertime. We have two bathrooms, one with bath with electric shower the other with free standing bath. This is where to come for a laid back break and you will find yourself wanting to return year after year!
