THE GARTH
The Garth is a lovely Georgian house which has just been completely refurbished and redecorated to a very high standard. It has wonderful views across the marshes out to sea and is situated in a prime position with enclosed gardens backing onto Overy Staithe Sailing Club. There is pedestrian and boat access onto the Staithe. The house is ideal for two families sharing, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Dogs are welcome providing they stay in the utility room.
