Inside the property
The spacious accommodation is versatile and spread over three floors. It has been refurbished to a high standard.
The ground floor is open plan and has a kitchen with miele dishwasher, washing machine etc. leading to dining area and sitting room with flat screen tv & dvd player. There is also a double/twin ensuite bedroom on the ground floor. An additional WC is located on the landing.
On the second floor there is a large sitting room leading to a good sized outside balcony. A double bedroom with luxury super king size bed which can be adapted to twin beds. A large main bathroom is also on this floor with bath and shower.
On the top floor there are two further double bedrooms with sea views, luxury super king size beds which can be adapted to twins. There is a wc and shower on the top floor too.
Outside and garden
There is a good sized secure garden with BBQ, garden furniture and terrace.

Located inn the centre of Old Hunstanton near to The Lodge Inn and local shop. The cottage is 500 yards from the beach & golf course and Hunstanton is within walking distance.
