Back at the front of the house in the main hallway, there is a passage that leads off to the right of the house to the three downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, and patio doors to the patio garden.

This detached house is situated in a quiet village about 8 miles from Norwich. The village has an excellent playground for children, Bracon Ash Park where you’ll find a variety of outdoor climbing frames, swings and a zip wire ride for the adventurous!
The nearby village of Mulbarton has several shops incuding a small supermarket, farm shop and a post office. The nearest pub is The Bird in Hand at Wreningham, which serves great food and local ales. It’s an easy journey into Norwich, and there’s a park and ride service available on the route in.
