There is a private gravel car park at the back of the Melrose, which is lit at night, with five car spaces.

Surrounding area

The Melrose is set in the centre of Sheringham, one of the busiest seaside resorts in Norfolk, and is situated just 22 miles north of the historic city of Norwich with its beautiful Cathedral.

Just five miles away is the town of Cromer which is famous for its pier, and of course those well known Cromer Crabs!

Sheringham has a blue flag award for its clean beaches, and also boasts a Championship Golf Course, many pubs, exquisite restaurants, Theatres and many other places of local interest.

The North Norfolk Steam Railway runs along the coast from Sheringham, through Weybourne and onto Holt, a lovely town for exploring, shopping and eating out.
