Inside the property

Cosy flint & brick cottage. c.1880 set in a quiet fishing village just 500 yards from the beach.
Property comprises a kitchen with dining area. Fridge, freezer, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster. Fully equipped with crockery,cutlery,
pots,pans and all other kitchen requirements.

The sitting room has a comfortable cottage suite, coffee tables, sideboard housing crockery and glassware.
Television, VCR and DVD, radio & CD player. Bookshelves with comprehensive array of reading matter. Wood burning stove. Leading off the sitting room is a lobby for coats and also houses a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Door leading to the rear of the garden.
Bedroom 1: Double brass & iron bed, washstand, dressing table with stool. Cupboard for hanging clothes.
Bedroom 2: 3' Victorian style single bed. Side table, chest of drawers and corner wardrobe.

There is a myriad of information within the cottage of things to do and places to visit.

Bed linen and towels provided. Heating included in price. Short breaks from 1st October - 31st March, minimum stay 3 nights.

Well behaved dogs accepted. Maximum 2.

Outside and garden

Secluded Courtyard style garden with garden table and chairs, shrubs & flower bed and part rockery.

Surrounding area

Overstrand has a Post Office/General Store. A Pub and and excellent Hotel for those special occasion meals.
Cliff Top cafe, just a few yards from the cottage, which serve breakfasts and lunches.

The cottage is an ideal base for exploring North Norfolk and the surrounding area which has many historical houses and places of interest to see.
