Situated 3 miles from Briston, down a long track and overlooking the Bure River, which is just a stream at this point. It is hard to imagine that you could get more remote in North Norfolk, the undulating landscape feels more like France than East Anglia!

Briston has excellent local shops, a good butcher and a fishmonger. The market town of Holt is 8 miles away, and the coast at Blakeney a 20 minute drive. The National Trust properties of Blickling and Felbrigg are also close by. The well known Hunny Bell pub in Hunworth is just 4 miles away.
