Inside the property

Ground Floor
Entrance hall with attractive arched mirror and table.

Kitchen: Newly fitted country style hand-painted kitchen with a cream Everhot oven, Belfast sink, microwave and washing machine. There is a small dining table for 2.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a walk-in wardrobe. There is a travel cot available if required.

Bathroom: Newly fitted luxurious bathroom with a roll-top bath, separate walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Complimentary toiletries from The White Company are provided for guests.

First Floor
A wonderful spacious bedroom suite with lovely views from its 3 windows across open countryside and the church and village of Flitcham.

At one end is a king-sized bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen, with a comfortable sitting area at the other end - complete with antlers to make this the perfect country retreat! There is a sofa and armchair around a wood burning stove, TV and DVD.

Outside and garden

The Coach House has its own parking area and a pretty lawned garden with wrought iron garden furniture, within the glorious grounds of the vicarage. It is a lovely quiet place to sit and enjoy the countryside or for al-fresco dining.

Surrounding area

The Coach House is ideally located only 2 miles from Sandringham House, 5 minutes drive to Houghton Hall & Gardens and a short drive to the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

It is only a 10 minute drive to renowned pubs such as The Crown at East Rudham, or The Dabbling Duck at Massingham. The acclaimed Hoste Arms in the charming village of Burnham Market is within 20 minutes drive away.
