Inside the property

The house provides spacious accommodation for 8 guests particularly in the upstairs two bedrooms (5ft double bed and one twin bedded room).

Also upstairs is the family bathroom (with hand held shower) and a delightful ‘reading area’ with a sofa, bookcase, side lamp, TV , DVD & video and a window with a view to the front.

Downstairs there is a very spacious entrance hall leading to the downstairs 2 bedrooms one a twin and the other a double room. There is also a shower room at this end of the house.

Turning right out of the entrance hall is the kitchen with a useful hatch through to the dining/sitting room which itself is a large room and opens onto the spacious conservatory overlooking the garden.

Outside and garden

The rear garden is attractive, of middling size mostly laid to lawn and has a sunny aspect. Here there is also a small shed for storing your bikes, buckets, fishing nets etc and houses the freezer. Garden furniture is provided.

The area around Snettisham is renowned for bird watching and possesses very pretty scenery as well as being ideally located for many interesting attractions.

The Coach House is ideally located within the village.
The beach, mostly sand but with some shingle is approx 11/2 miles away and there are footpaths close by for very pleasant ambles.

The village itself is well served with 3 pubs, a butcher, chemist, grocers, hairdressers and post office. All are within walking distance. There is an excellent fish and chip shop at the beach.

Other points of local interest - Sandringham House and Gardens (4 Miles), Houghton Hall (8 Miles), English Lavender (2 Miles)
