Ground Floor: Large open plan kitchen, with micro-wave, electric cooker with double oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, table and chairs, iron and ironing board. Downstairs cloakroom. The large spacious lounge, tastefully decorated, has 2 large comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV with Sky freeview, DVD player, CD player with Dab radio and Ipod docking station, large selection of DVDs books and board games.
The Conservatory dining room has seating for 4 and leads into fully enclosed rear garden.

Upstairs (enclosed staircase with safety handrails either side) two good sized double bedrooms, each with plenty of wardrobe space, bedside tables and dressing table.
A smaller third bedroom has a double futon for children over 5 yrs old, wardrobe and drawers, selection of books and nightlight.
Modern bathroom with white suite, an electric shower over the bath with handrails.

Central heating is included between 1st March - 1st September. £25.00 per week outside these times.
Hand towels and tea towels provided.

The Cats Whiskers has a pretty well stocked, fully enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and outdoor lighting.
Crab buckets are available in the shed. Picnic baskets and beach blankets are all provided to save on holiday packing.

Private parking for one car in private garage block to rear of the property.

Easy walking distance to Holt Station for Steam train trips along the coast to Sheringham. 5 minutes walk to Holt town centre, renowned for its independent shops, cafes and restaurants, speciality food stores, antiquitarian bookshop, vintage boutiques and art galleries. Short drive to Blakeney Quay, Seal trips to Blakeney Point,Cley Marshes Nature Reserve for keen bird watchers and Sheringham approx 6 miles away, famous for The Little Theatre and convenient for main rail connections to Norwich City Centre. Crabbing off the Pier at Cromer approx ten miles distant and Wells and Holkham beaches 20 minutes away by car or travel on the coast hopper all around the coast hopping on and off as you please. Lots of local walks around the surrounding countryside, Holt Country Park, Sheringham Country Park and Felbrigg Hall (National Trust) are also within easy reach.
