Inside the property

The barn comprises of a light and airy, large bed/sitting room with a cosy cast-iron dual-fuel stove.The fire is set ready to light with some logs and coal, any further fuel is available at the local well-stocked General Store/Post Office. Also there is The Railway pub serving good food and a fabulous Fish and Chip shop, all within walking distance.
Well furnished, there is a comfortable sofa and sumptuous King-sized bed, flatscreen TV and WiFi Internet access, plus a good sized table and chairs.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen area with fridge, double-oven and microwave. Crockery and utensils provided, plus some cleaning products.
There will be a linen-change half way through the week including towels.

The Wet-Room has a walk-in shower and heated towel-rail.There is under-floor heating which, like the gas and electricity, is included in the price. Two French-doors lead out onto a private Patio area, with furniture and its own ready to light barbecue.

Guests booking the Brancaster Barn may choose to switch to the main-house for Breakfast, or have a Continental Hamper breakfast delivered in the morning, at a cost of £9.50 per day, per person.

Outside and garden

Ample off road parking.Patio furniture and BBQ,plus use of large lawned area with gazebo and if you like, a fun game of Badminton or Croquet.

Surrounding area

Titchwell Nature Reserve and Snettisham for bird-watching are only a few minutes car drive away. Brancaster beach,Burnham Market,Holkham beach,Royal Sandringham estate,many excellent golf courses and a fabulous array of walks.There is a weekly general auction in Fakenham on Thursdays and great horse-racing too.
