A traditional flint cottage in which the bread was baked when the building was also part of the old village stores. Now completely refurbished for 2012, modernised and equipped to a high standard, The Bakehouse provides comfortable accommodation for couples and families.
The living/dining area has two sofas and a dining table that seats 4. There is a flat screen TV with DVD and Digital Freeview with around 80 channels, iPod docking station and a selection of books and games for guests to enjoy.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
The downstairs bathroom features a large shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a superking-size bed, goose down duvet and goose and duck feather topper. (This room can become a twin bedded room on request)
The second room has twin beds and views over the garden.
The main house has a B&B room which might be useful if Grandparents wanted to stay with a family using the cottage.
The Bakehouse has it's own private entrance and parking for two cars. Bikes or kayaks can be stored safely in our garage.
Guests are welcome to share use of The Old Bakery's walled garden. In the garden, the summerhouse has a selection of outdoor games, including croquet, badminton and boules for guests to play or alternatively sit and relax in the summerhouse, the patio or in the south-facing garden. A barbeque is also available.
Full bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.
Electricity and central heating are included in the tariff and free wi-fi is provided.

The Bakehouse is a no smoking property.
A fully enclosed walled garden allows children to play safely and there are two car park spaces if required. The pretty garden has a summer house and is a sun trap as it faces south.

The cottage is situated in a fantastic central position and only 10 miles from the coastal road. Sandringham, Kings Lynn, Norwich and Cromer are all easy day trips and there are several steam railways in easy reach too. Seal watching boat trips run from Morston quay.
