Inside the property

Included in the B&B price, you have the luxury of being able to relax in the comfort of the Nest (where there is a wet room, double bedroom, utility room and living room) without the bother of having to bring and cook your own breakfast. Our home cooked breakfast using delicious local ingredients and homemade marmalade is sure to set you up for a day exploring the joys of North Norfolk! Packed lunch can also be arranged.

Local amenities are a gentle 5-minute walk and it is an easy 20-minute drive to the North Norfolk coast.

We welcome one well-behaved dog!

Outside and garden

Swallows' Nest is situated in an enclosed cottage garden. As our guests, you have your own private container garden with table and chairs. This is the best place to catch all the evening sun!

There is off road parking on a gravel driveway.

Surrounding area

Enjoy a day's retail therapy in Holt (5 minutes drive). Don't miss the glorious Wiveton Café (15 minutes drive), the seals at Blakeney and Morston (20 minutes drive) and the opportunity to go bird watching at Sculthorpe, Titchwell, Pensthorpe and Holkham. You will not be disappointed!
